Being in long-term recovery, Deb has a particular passion for Recovery Coaching. Whatever pathway leads to recovery, ongoing support is crucial in maintaining meaningful and contented sobriety. Recovery Coaching can involve structured appointments, phone calls, texts, or e-mail. The coaching frequency, duration and cost are mutually agreed on. The goal is to support abstinence and promote positive behavior changes by offering perspectives on issues, problem solving skills, and ultimately increasing the quality of life in recovery.
